Her professional practice deals with corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, most relevantly in issues associated to natural resources. Florencia has done title work regarding companies and real estate and has been part of the counselling teams rendering legal advice to domestic and foreign companies in contractual and corporate matters, in the planning of corporate strategies, due diligence processes of mining and energy projects, among others.

Florencia previously worked as an associate attorney at Chilean law firm IVM, and as a paralegal in the corporate team at Chilean law firm Guerrero Olivos.
